cat in kitty holster 1 300x224 Hempstead woman turns to pet inventions to support farm Tobi Kosanke owns and operates a 35-acre working farm northwest of Houston called the Crazy K Farm. The farm is home to 100 chickens, 25 geese, 30 ducks, four sheep, 12 goats, four horses, two donkeys, six dogs, five cats, four parrots and a golden pheasant. Nearly all of the animals are rescues, including animals recused in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.

Kosanke, a geologist with a Ph.D., recently left her job at a well-known oil company to take care of her special-needs daughter. Faced with more than 200 mouths to feed, she decided to produce and sell her inventions for pet lovers. One of these is the Kitty Holster

Kosanke tested the Kitty Holster on her own cat. “I put it on him while he was sleeping. When he woke up he popped straight up and walked away. I knew I had it,” she says.

So, PetTalk readers, would your cat like to go for a walk with one of these?
