Question for Cesar Millan? Houston PetTalk To Interview The Dog Whisperer

18 May 2009 1,110 views 3 Comments
ig_cesar1Houston PetTalk will be interviewing Cesar Millan in just a few days and we thought it might be fun to ask him a few questions from our readers. Keep in mind that without meeting your dog and knowing about your situation, Cesar could not answer questions specific to your dog's behavior. So, please keep your inquisition general! We'll take a few questions to the interview and get the "word" from the Big Dog of dog training, the "Dog Whisperer" himself. Stay tuned for details on when Cesar will appear in our publication!

What is the best way to help my chihuahua with chronic car sickness?

Bummer..too late, I met with him today. However, here are a few ideas. The first is from a holistic website that suggests using herbs (Ginger):
Just as in people Ginger is a great stomach soother. One Ginger capsule can be given thirty minutes before the car ride to help relieve most dogs of car sickness, use two capsules for large dogs. Ginger can also be given when your pooch has an upset tummy or excessive gas. Ginger is considered a safe herb so there are no toxicity or side effects to worry about when used properly.

And, check out this link: http://www.lowchensaustralia.com/health/carsick.htm
