American Humane Certified has partnered with Viking Cooking Schools to help educate cooking enthusiasts about the taste benefits of humanely raised food. Tobi Kosanke owns and operates a 35-acre working farm northwest of Houston called the Crazy K Farm. The farm is home to 100 chickens, 25 geese, 30 ducks, four sheep, 12 goats, four horses, two donkeys, six dogs, five cats, four parrots and a golden pheasant.
