The Pin Oak Charity Horse Show, with Irish Day Farm as the prestigious 2013 title sponsor, opens its 68th annual show on March 20 and runs through March 30, 2013. The show typically attracts about 1,500 riders and 2,000 horses over the two-week period.
The Pin Oak Charity Horse Show attracts thousands of spectators, horses and competitors each year. Children of all ages are welcome to attend the show when accompanied by an adult. Most show events begin at 8 a.m., and all but a few featured events require an admission fee. Parking is also free.
All events will be hosted at The Great Southwest Equestrian Center, 2501 South Mason Road,
Katy, Texas 77450, unless otherwise noted. Most show events begin each day by or before 8 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time. Admission is free for most Pin Oak Charity Horse Show competitions. A donation of $10 per person for those 12 and older for the Saturday night events, March 23 and March 30, and the Grand Prix event on Saturday afternoon, March 23.
