The Reservation Specialist is responsible for selling services and providing superior customer service. The Reservation Specialist must be personable and professional with exceptional people skills, be friendly and diplomatic, possess a positive attitude, have a love for animals and be able to calmly handle difficult situations. This position is responsible for collecting data and forms from the client and communicating these details to other departments. They must utilize specific scripts in all customer phone calls, perform confirmation calls, track and report sales and meet monthly goals. Use of a script and past sales experience strongly preferred. Applicant must be a motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and help Meadowlake grow and be willing to go through an intense and informative training process. Applicants must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment.
