For 13th Year, Best Friends Angel Tree Campaign Collects for Local Animal Shelters

Local animal lovers can share their holiday spirit by donating food, toys and treats for homeless dogs and cats through Best Friends Pet Care’s 13th Annual Animal Angel Tree campaign. Beneficiaries include Red Collar Rescue, Friendswood Animal Shelter, the Animal Resource Center in Texas City, ADORE Houston Dog Rescue and Operation Pets Alive.

Best Friends operates pet care centers and animal hospitals in Houston, Spring, Conroe, Katy, Sugar Land, Humble, Santa Fe and The Woodlands. Each location has an Animal Angel Tree in its lobby decorated with paper ornaments featuring photos and information about needy dogs and cats. All pets featured on the tree are available for adoption.
