The Houston SPCA’s heart was full after an amazing day for 78 dogs, cats, kittens and puppies who found new families during the Clear the Shelters Pet Adoption Event on Saturday, Aug. 29. Animal lovers from across the greater Houston community came together for a fun-filled day of special activities at the Houston SPCA’s Campus for All Animals, creating a joyful atmosphere for pets and people alike.
The event was a wonderful reminder of the power of community and the difference that opening a heart and home can make for an animal in need. Each adoption marked the beginning of a new chapter and brought hope for even more pets still waiting to find their forever families.
The Houston SPCA is open every day from 11am to 6pm. For more information, visit HoustonSPCA.org to learn about their many life-saving services or to find adoptable pets looking for a forever home.
