The Annual “Home for the Holidays” Share the Love Adopt-a-thon, Sponsored by Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP) and West Houston Subaru, will be held on Sat. and Sun., Dec. 10 and 11, 2011. Beginning at 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, the event will be held at the new CAP Shelter, 17555 Katy Freeway (77094).

The celebration will highlight many adorable animal companions ready for adoption – all hoping to be forever “Home For The Holidays”. Santa Photos with your pet will be available for a $10 donation. CAP’s Happy Tails Pet Supply & Gift Shop is stocked with Holiday Gifts for people and their pets including personalized stockings for dogs and cats.  CAP’s Thrift Store will also have Holiday items and a huge sidewalk sale.


Between December 1st through 10th go to the West Houston Subaru, 17113 Kay Freeway, with a bag of puppy or kitten dry food or an item from CAP’s Wish List and receive a Fee Waived Adoption Certificate. Bring the certificate to CAP’s Open Houston on Dec. 10th and 11th to adopt your pet
