Houston Humane Society once again hosted a successful, well-attended fun run in downtown Houston. The 29th annual fun run raised money and awareness for the animals they save and shelter everyday. The event hosted a 5k run, a 1-mile walk, frisbee-dog demonstrations, vendor booths, a costume contest and even a parade of dogs previously adopted from HHS.
Sherry Ferguson, the HHS Director, did a great job, along with her staff, of coordinating and organizing a great event! View these photos, compliments of Emma Rentcome, to see what a great time was had by the four-leggers at this event!

I LOVE the great picture of my high flying frisbee dog “Nova” on the website. Is there any way I could get a copy of his picture? It is so hard to get a good picture of his face because he is always spinning and twisting. Please let me know something either way.
Thanks,
Denise Carpenter and Nova
