“I’ve paid my dues, time after time. I’ve done my sentence, but committed no crime. And bad mistakes; I’ve made a few. I’ve had my share of sand kicked in my face but I’ve come through! We are the champions, my friends. And we’ll keep on fighting, till the end! No time for losers, ’cause we are the champions….of the world!” The house was getting packed up. I thought we were moving out and moving up. But they moved. And they left me behind. Like totally behind. Like by myself. But I’m a fighter! And thanks to a loving neighbor and MSRH, I’ll be a champion again! I’m Makayla and I’m a female, white Miniature Schnauzer with natural ears and a docked tail. I’m about one year old…certainly less than two….and I weigh about nine pounds. I’m a super sweet young lady and I’m extremely friendly.  I think I would be great around kids! I’m crate trained and I’m house trained too! I know. You’re thinking, ‘why would they leave her behind’. Yea. That’s what I think too! I like to go on walks, am learning how to walk on a leash, and am also learning some basic commands. I know I can be a champion again.
