WHAT: Houston Humane Society’s Annual Fix Felix for Free Event, a day dedicated to offering free cat neuters to the community. (Must have a surgery appointment)

WHEN: February 15, 2012, Drop off times range from 7:00a.m. – 10:00a.m., and pick up times range from 4:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.

WHY: Every day, 70,000 puppies and kittens are born to pets that have not been spayed or neutered. Houston continues to be plagued by a massive pet overpopulation problem, and the only answer is to spay/neuter!
