170We have all the heard the saying “There are no bad dogs(horses, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish, etc.), only bad people”, right? Well, that may not be totally correct because sometimes the “people” only have knowledge of the mainstream solutions in regards to training and using training tools such as prong collars, halters or whips as a means to work with behavioral issues, but one size does not fit all. If you have been a subscriber for a while, you are familiar with holistic tools that help animals on all levels – emotional, physical and spiritual, but did you know that these same tools can really help resolve behavioral problems including excessive barking, aggression, fear, grief, not using the litter box, excessive licking, not eating, constant whining or meowing, cribbing and many more? We would love to empower each of you to learn these methods so you can resolve upset and stress in your animal’s life. There is no sadder news than to hear that a person has given up on their family member, and surrendered them to a shelter or worse. DON’T give up. Have patience and know you were the one chosen to be in their life, so it is up to you to set your animals up for success! Allow us to show you how to think outside of the box. People have been amazed at what has been accomplished, especially if they were at the point of tears or giving up. What is beautiful about holistic care is that any behavioral issue can really be approached using the same formula. This does not mean the same holistic methods will be used for each animal to help solve the behavioral issue, but the way to determine what methods are best will be the same. So what is this magical formula? Is it easy to learn? You will be amazed how this can change your life forever!!!
Muscle testing can help to resolve your animal’s behavioral issues!! This is our formula for success! You can use muscle testing to find the right formula for helping your animals with each issue they have. What are some of these holistic methods that can help your pets?
Animal Communication – Some times animals are behaving a certain way because of something that happened to them before they ever came into your life, even if you got them as a baby. By talking to them, you can determine why they are behaving a certain way and sometimes a simple conversation is all it takes to resolve a behavioral problem! It makes a HUGE difference when we can HEAR them!
Color Therapy – Each animal will have a color that will benefit them. Every color possesses a certain energy and has healing properties on emotional, physical and spiritual levels. Just by providing a blanket, bed or collar in the correct color can result in a major shift in the behavior of an animal or by removing a color (like red) from their environment can relieve anxiety or stress they had been enduring.
Nutrition – This may surprise you, but improper nutrition contributes to many behavioral problems. If you are feeding proteins that are considered “hot” in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) you could be contributing to their aggression because it is heating up the body and increasing that behavior. Balance the diet and you balance the body and the aggressive behavior may go way. If you are interested in learning more about what foods are “hot”, “cold” or “neutral”, we offer a wonderful TCM food chart. Nutrition may be the key to help you resolve your animal’s behavioral issues.
Flower Essences – Flower essences work on an emotional level and are very useful when custom created for each animal. Remember, one size does not fit all, and in this case it is very true! Most of you have heard of or even used the Bach Rescue Remedy. This remedy is a set recipe of 5 essences and in an acute or traumatic situation it may help. However, if you have an animal with long term issues and/or deep emotional baggage, a custom blend is what will really work. The essences gently work to unblock and release imbalances deep in the body.
Energy Work – Offering energy helps so many animals. It is such a gentle form of healing energy and anyone can learn basic energy techniques. It benefits you and the animals. It can be done anytime, anywhere and you allow the animal to get as close or as far away as they want and accept what is comfortable for them.
Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping – EFT can be just what some animals need, especially if, you, too would benefit from it. Keep in mind animals want to help you and they will often mirror your issues so that will really help you! EFT was developed to help war veterans with PTSD, just think how it could help the war animals and even animals in shelters. It works on simple acupressure points that effect emotions.
Remember some times you have to think outside of the box. These are some of the top holistic methods that you can use to help resolve your animal’s behavioral issues. Out of all the healing methods available, there will 3-4 that will be tops in helping your animal. The key to finding out which methods they are without spending unnecessary time and money is muscle testing. If you do not know how to do it, we offer an instructional ebook that can help you to resolve your animal’s behavioral issues and teaches you how do muscle testing for both people and animals.
